Firearms and lower receiver purchasing guidelines with FFL

buyingagun0nline

The “online loophole” is a frequent misperception about purchasing a gun online. THIS IS UNTRUE! All Clean firearms cannot be shipped straight to the buyer, as they must first be shipped to the buyer’s preferred FFL dealer for processing.

Choose Firearm Or item

Pick your very own gun from our extensive inventory. We have a range of handguns, rifles, and Glocks. Remember that 100% lower receivers and weapons must be shipped to an FFL. The transfer to your possession will be handled by your local FFL.

Choose FFL Dealer.

You will be required to find a nearby, reasonably priced FFL dealer and u provide their address or store address when checking out so your FFL item can be shipped to your dealer. We advise you to get in touch with the FFL dealer to confirm that they will accept the firearm or firearms on your behalf and also for them not to be closed for business on the delivery date of the package. Get  in touch with any FFL dealer in your area before sending me the address where it’s going to be shipped to so u could  process all necessary paperwork  with  your ffl dealer so u have legal ownership and  possession of the firearm or items

Order to FFL Dealer

All firearms cannot be shipped straight to the buyer; instead, they must be shipped to an FFL dealer for processing. Please be aware that the chosen FFL dealer will receive the full order. You can contact us at FFL@blackshoparmo.com if you have any questions.

Finish FFL and pickup.

Please give FFL products more time to ship. Visit the FFL of your choice and complete any outstanding paperwork. After that, you can claim your package and enjoy your firearm!

Notes

You must be 21 or older to purchase an FFL item / firearm.

Do not return items that require a Federal Firearms License (FFL) unless we’ve approved the return in advance. If an approved return is required, the item must be sent back to us through another FFL.

Also, if the return is handled by your FFL due to an ATF Form 4473 denial, a 20% restocking fee will apply. In that case, if your background check is not approved and your FFL returns the item to us, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping cost and reduced by the 20% restocking fee.
